The Context

Ditto is scaling fast. Our advisory team alone hires at high volume, and we're opening up roles across marketing, ops, tech, and specialised regional and multilingual hiring.

The bottleneck at this scale isn't screening candidates. It's finding them — reaching the right people in markets where the obvious channels don't work, and building pipelines that consistently deliver on tough briefs.

That's what this role owns.

The Role

You'll own sourcing across multiple positions — advisory bulk hiring at scale, non-advisory specialised hiring, regional and multilingual pipelines. You'll report into the HR team and work closely with hiring managers across departments.

Some examples of what you might own:

• Bulk regional pipelines — build the sourcing engine for Tamil-, Telugu-, or Kannada-speaking advisor hires — where LinkedIn and Naukri don't get you all the way, and you need to find channels that do.
• Specialised non-advisory hiring — source for niche roles in marketing, ops, or tech where the candidate pool is small and passive engagement matters more than volume.
• Agency management — onboard and manage recruitment agencies as an extension of the sourcing function — with real accountability on quality, not just volume.
• Talent mapping — build competitor and market maps for recurring and strategic hires, so we're not sourcing cold every time.

Whatever the role, you own the sourcing end-to-end — from strategy to first response.

How This Role Evolves

Excel at sourcing and other TA roles open up over time — TA Lead, specialised ownership of bulk-hiring or non-advisory hiring, lateral moves as the function grows. That's not the point of the role, it's what tends to happen when the craft is real. If your plan is to escape sourcing as fast as possible, this isn't the right role.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of hands-on sourcing, with real ownership of bulk or high-volume mandates.
• Strong craft : Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn advanced search, passive candidate outreach. The sourcing toolkit at working depth, not surface-familiar.
• Experience sourcing across channels beyond LinkedIn and Naukri — regional portals, communities, referrals, agencies. You know where different candidate profiles actually live.
• Comfort managing recruitment agencies as an extension of your own sourcing. You communicate the spec, hold partners to quality, and know when to push back.
• Enough analytical range to read funnel data and diagnose what's not converting.
• Bias toward finding talent where others can't. That's the muscle we're hiring for.

A note on what this role is not

This is not a coordination or scheduling role. If you want to run interview logistics and calendar management, this will frustrate you. It's not a role where you hand mandates to agencies and wait for callbacks — you're doing the sourcing yourself, at scale. And it's not for someone whose plan is to get out of sourcing as fast as possible. The craft is the job. If you do it well, other TA roles open up — but only because you were great at sourcing first.

Our Interview Process

We want to respect your time. There are 4 rounds, and we aim to complete all of them within 3 weeks.
