Role Description

This is a full-time remote based role. As a Sourcing Specialist/Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing industrial materials both within the UAE & Globally evaluating and managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes. Key tasks include identifying and assessing suppliers, managing supply chain efficiencies, analysing market trends, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies to meet business requirements.

You will report into the Sea Gulf Procurement Buyers and work online to support them in sourcing industrial materials both within the UAE & Global.

You will need a minimum of 5 years souring experience for Industrial materials preferably in the Oil & Gas/Energy Industries

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Management, and Supplier Negotiation
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data and identify trends
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to foster positive supplier relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Oil and Gas, Refineries, and Power Generation industries is a plus
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools is highly advantageous
