Key Responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing and pipeline building through Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and referrals
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinating with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
- Effective stakeholder communication
- Maintaining tracking reports and sourcing metrics
Experience Required:
- Hands-on experience in talent sourcing and recruitment support
- Strong understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
