Job Title: APAC Recruiter
Location: Sector 64, Noida (Near Electronic City Metro Station)
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (WFO)
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (with potential conversion to full-time based on performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented APAC Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across APAC regions, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition strategies while gaining exposure to regional hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for APAC region roles across various business functions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and compliance with organizational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 6 months – 2 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably with APAC hiring exposure.
- Strong sourcing skills using advanced tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs.
