Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews based on the availability of candidates and interviewers, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage the overall scheduling process.
  • Follow up with hiring managers post-interview to collect feedback.
  • Ensure timely closure of feedback on the recruitment tool.
  • Provide candidates with follow-up correspondence regarding feedback status via email when necessary.
  • Educate clients about the recruiting process and the various roles involved.
  • Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
  • Manage internal stakeholder communication and expectations effectively.
  • Meet assigned monthly targets and metrics.
  • Responsibly address and respond to emails within defined timelines.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and documentation accurately.
  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience managing stakeholders will be beneficial.
  • Possess basic Excel skills for maintaining records and trackers.
  • Be flexible to work on weekends depending on the volume of work.
  • Willingness to travel within Accenture facilities if required.
  • Manage email communications professionally and promptly.
