Sourcing Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for various roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the position.
• Maintain and update candidate database to ensure accurate records of sourcing activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide regular updates on candidate pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing roles.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
