We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our retail store sourcing and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new store locations aligned with business growth plans.
- Lead sourcing operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide regular progress updates.
- Conduct market mapping, location feasibility, and demographic analysis.
- Negotiate commercial terms with property owners and manage lease documentation.
- Oversee site measurements, agreement execution, renewals, extensions, and security deposits.
- Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and location opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail store sourcing, expansion, or real estate.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of store maintenance and new store identification processes.
