Job Description:
What You Will Do:
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), i-CPs, RCPs, brokers, and other sourcing partners.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through effective networking and local market connections.
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Ensure consistent engagement and timely motivation of the sourcing team and channel partners.
- Monitor the performance of sourcing partners and implement improvement strategies where required.
- Conduct regular meetings, events, and training sessions for CPs to enhance productivity and brand awareness.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in the Thane, Thane Suburbs, and MMR region.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align sourcing activities with organizational goals.
- Prepare periodic reports on sourcing performance, lead generation, and CP activity.
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream); MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, preferably with a Developer, Lobby, or Mandate firm.
- Strong network and working knowledge of Thane, Thane Suburbs, and the MMR region.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
