Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager with strong exposure to the KDMC, Thane, and Navi Mumbai real estate markets. The ideal candidate must have excellent connections with CPs and ICPs, along with a strong ability to source land parcels, redevelopment projects, and property opportunities.
Source potential land parcels, redevelopment projects, and investment opportunities within KDMC, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding areas.
Maintain and grow a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs) and Independent Channel Partners (ICPs).
Conduct market research, area feasibility studies, and property assessments.
Coordinate with legal, liaison, and technical teams for due diligence.
Identify new sourcing opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Negotiate pricing and terms with brokers, CPs, landowners, and intermediaries.
Maintain accurate MIS, lead trackers, and weekly sourcing reports.
Conduct site visits, property inspections, and follow-ups on prospective deals.
Stay updated on local development regulations, zoning laws, and market trends.
Strong knowledge of KDMC, Thane, and Navi Mumbai real estate markets.
Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
Strong relationships with CPs and ICPs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and evaluate profitable sourcing opportunities.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
