Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential Channel Partners via calls, networking, referrals, and meetings.
• Sales & Business Development: Promote premium real estate projects and present tailored investment solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Site Visits & Closures: Conduct property tours, explain project benefits
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
