The Sourcing Manager will lead and manage all sourcing and lead-generation activities for real estate projects. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing a team, building client relationships, and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing and lead-generation strategies.
- Supervise and guide the sourcing team; set targets and monitor performance.
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Maintain and oversee the lead database to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align sourcing initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with real estate regulations.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on sourcing performance and lead conversions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate (Master's preferred).
- 47 years of experience in sourcing/lead generation within real estate.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and buyer behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead-management platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
