Sourcing Manager

Department: Channel Partner Sourcing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for driving sourcing business through Channel Partners, achieving monthly targets, managing project launches and sustenance activities, and ensuring strong market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and conduct regular CP meetings.

Drive project launches, activation campaigns, and sustenance activities across assigned projects.

Ensure continuous engagement with active and new CPs to increase business opportunities.

Analyze sourcing performance and prepare business reports, MIS, and data management trackers.

Monitor team productivity, CP performance, and lead conversion efficiency.

Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for better business planning.

Support management with business forecasting and strategy planning.

Ensure timely communication of schemes, inventory updates, and marketing initiatives to CPs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Good understanding of real estate sourcing and channel sales.

Experience in project launches and sustenance planning.

Strong analytical and data management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and presentation tools.

Experience:

3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Sales.

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA preferred.
