 Sourcing Manager Real Estate

  • Manage sourcing of properties, land, and real estate opportunities as per business requirements.
  • Identify and build relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify suitable properties and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate for documentation and due diligence.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential properties and ensure timely closures.
  • Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, approvals, and transactions.
