Sourcing Manager – Real Estate Mandates
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–7 Years (Mandatory real estate experience)
Role: Mandate Sourcing & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and source real estate projects from builders and developers.
* Build strong relationships with builders, landowners and decision-makers.
* Acquire exclusive sales and marketing mandates.
* Negotiate projects structures and mandate agreements.
* Identify upcoming and ongoing residential projects across Bangalore.
* Develop a strong network of builders and channel partners.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Bangalore real estate mandate sourcing.
* Strong builder and developer connections.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to independently close mandate agreements.
* Target-oriented and business-driven professional.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can bring quality mandates and build long-term builder relationships.
