This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Manager - Channel Partner Connect role based in the Pune District. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding channel partners with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective channel partners, negotiating terms, and ensuring partner engagement through regular communication and support. You will play a critical role in developing strategies to strengthen the channel network and drive business growth through collaborative efforts.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in partner sourcing, onboarding, and engagement strategies to drive business outcomes.
• Understanding of business development principles and the ability to develop actionable sourcing strategies.
• Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the real estate or related sectors is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in the Pune District.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
