The Sourcing Head will be responsible for driving channel partner (CP) sourcing, generating qualified leads. The role involves building and managing a strong broker network and achieving sales targets through channels.
Key Requirement-
- Proven experience in residential real estate sourcing/channel sales
- Strong network of channel partners and brokers across Pune
- Good understanding of Pune's real estate market dynamics
- Leadership experience in handling teams
Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate leads through channel partners
- Build, expand, and manage a strong network of brokers/CPs
- Drive site visits, bookings, and revenue through sourcing channels
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing CPs and ensure regular engagement
- Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets, and partnerships
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for lead conversion
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely payouts and issue resolution for channel partners
- Lead, train, and mentor sourcing team members
