This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sourcing Executive based in Pune, India. The Senior Sourcing Executive will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-effective and quality sources, coordinating product sampling, overseeing quality control, and handling supply chain logistics. Key tasks include conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, cross-costing, and managing custom product development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining smooth operations to meet client requirements.

• Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management
• Strong abilities in Quality Assurance, Vendor Relations, and Negotiation
• Proficiency in Market Research, Cross-Costing, and Product Development
• Knowledge of Export Documentation, Compliance, and Logistics Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in export/trade industries is highly desirable
