We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Sourcing Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong connections with Channel Partners (CPs) and driving project awareness. The ideal candidate should have good networking skills and a basic understanding of real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners across PCMC.
- Regularly visit CP offices to promote and create awareness about company projects.
- Generate leads through Channel Partners and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
- Conduct project presentations, CP meets, and promotional activities.
- Keep Channel Partners updated on inventory, pricing, and offers.
- Track and manage CP leads and maintain proper data/reporting.
Requirements:- Minimum 13 years of experience in real estate sourcing / CP handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of PCMC real estate market (preferred).
- Ability to travel locally for CP meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
