Job Description

responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily activities within the procurement process, serving as the primary interface with business owners and supplier representatives
  • Execute sourcing projects using the client and the internal systems and complying with client's policies and procedures
  • Client facing role which requires a candidate with customer centric mindset in understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling customer needs and expectations at every stage of the sourcing process
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
  • Proactively looking for optimization opportunities
  • Strong preference for background in sourcing experiences in mainly in Engineering background, working with manufacturing clients and understanding clear functioning of plant operations and requirements.

Profile required:

  • Hands-on approach and proactiveness
  • Minimum 05-07 years of experience in related sourcing categories
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • Excellent analytical skills and mindset demonstrating problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
  • Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices
