Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Analyst, located in Vadodara, India. The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for identifying and evaluating supplier options, managing procurement and contracts, and negotiating terms to ensure cost-effective sourcing strategies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and procurement policies. The role will require engaging with internal stakeholders and suppliers to build sustainable vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams in a professional manner.
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to ensure favorable terms and agreements.
• Proficiency in Procurement processes, including sourcing and vendor management.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations related to sourcing and compliance.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant work experience is highly desirable, particularly in the pharmaceutical APIs.
