We're looking for a driven Sourcer / Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at BrickRed Systems. In this role, you'll own the top-of-funnel pipeline — identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent for US-based clients across technology and business functions. You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates at pace.
Key responsibilities
- Source active and passive candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), Boolean searches, and talent databases
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and InMails to engage prospective candidates and present relevant opportunities
- Screen candidates through structured conversations to assess skills, interest, availability, and compensation expectations
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing timely communication between candidates and the internal team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint
Required skills & qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition (US staffing experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals — LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, or similar
- Strong Boolean search and X-ray search skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills — clarity and professionalism are essential
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and engaging candidates consultatively
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is a plus
- Willingness to work night shift aligned to US time zones
