Activated Scale is a marketplace that connects startups with US-based, pre-vetted, experienced SDRs, AEs, and Sales leaders that can be hired fractionally or full-time. We are in a critical phase of scaling our US Sales organization and are building a dynamic, globally-minded Talent Acquisition team to support this growth.
The Role:
As our International Sales Sourcer, you will be the foundational element of our US sales hiring success. This is a high-impact, target-driven role where you will be solely responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier, passive sales talent across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping
- US Market Focus: Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier sales talent (Account Executives, Sales Managers, SDR/BDRs) across all major US markets.
- Advanced Tooling: Utilize expert-level knowledge of recruitment tools and other US-specific data platforms to efficiently map target organizations and talent pools.
- Data-Driven Research: Perform deep market mapping and competitive intelligence to understand where high-performing US sales talent resides, their compensation drivers, and key motivators.
- Boolean Mastery: Apply advanced Boolean logic and X-Ray search techniques to locate hard-to-find candidates outside of traditional job boards.
Candidate Engagement & Qualification
- Personalized Outreach: Craft highly professional, persuasive, and culturally sensitive outreach campaigns (via InMail, email, text/WhatsApp) that resonate with US sales professionals.
- Initial Vetting: Conduct preliminary qualification calls to assess candidates cultural fit, compensation expectations, required sales experience, and verifiable track record (e.g., consistent US quota attainment).
- Pipeline Management: Ensure meticulous data entry and management within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining a healthy, organized, and actionable pipeline for assigned requisitions.
- Recruiter Partnership: Seamlessly hand off qualified, engaged candidates to the US Sales Recruiting team with detailed notes and context on their motivation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in talent sourcing, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Sales roles in the US
- Time Zone Readiness: Absolute ability and commitment to work US business hours (night/early morning shift IST).
- US Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US sales landscape, standard sales titles, US compensation structures, and familiarity with popular CRM/SalesTech tools.
- Communication: Exceptional, professional-level written and verbal English communication skills, critical for successful engagement with native US sales talent.
- Technical Acumen: Proven expertise in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a data-driven approach to sourcing metrics.
- Mindset: Highly results-oriented, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.
Compensation:
Salary: Rs. 10,00,000 - Rs. 12,00,000
Commission: 10% on our take
