Description and Requirements
- Lead end-to-end delivery of TruScale solutions (infrastructure, devices, cloud-like services).
- Act as the main point of contact between customer and internal teams.
- Strong coordination within the organization between the teams viz., ISG, SSG, ISO.
- Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
- Work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
