As a Senior Solutions & Services Sales Professional within Solutions & ServicesGroup(SSG), you will lead the sales of an expanding portfolio of across AI Solutions, IT Managed Services,TruscaleIaaS/DaaS, Think-Shield/Core software, and ARS, as well as industry-specific offerings, all complemented by Lenovo's award-winning product portfolio
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Lenovo Strategic, Global Capability Center (GCC) and Enterprise account managed team to craft joint value propositions and develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for securing SSG opportunities.
- Drive the establishment ofTruscaleIaaS/DaaS Models, emphasizing products, services, and financing solutions for the given territory/Segment
- Identify, develop, and successfully close large, complex opportunities across AI Solutions, IT Managed Services,TruscaleIaaS/DaaS, Think-Shield/Core software, and ARS Services portfolios.
- Design, implement, and execute robust sales strategies for the SSG services line to achieve growthobjectives.
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to both end customers and internal account management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless progression of deals through the pipeline.
- ConsistentlyleverageMS Dynamics and other reporting tools tomonitorkey sales metrics and ensure targets are met
MinimumRequirements:
- Engineering/Science Graduate,MBAor Advanced technical degree will be an added advantage
- 15+ years of successful Enterprise technology salesisrequired.
- Demonstratedtrack recordof top performance with multi-million-dollar quota.
- Direct Sales experience,Indepth knowledge and understanding about AI Services, IT Managed Services,ThinkshiledSecurity/Core Software, Asset Recovery Services and as a Service business lines alongside their value proposition
- Strategic mindset and sound business acumen arerequired, along with effective decision making, contractnegotiationand partner management skills.
- Handling GCC added advantage
- Knowledge in handling Srilankamarket is added advantage
