About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Solution Sales Specialist to support enterprise sales activities within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. The role primarily focuses on lead generation, client relationship management, and promoting technology-driven business solutions to enterprise clients.

Candidates with strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and interest in enterprise/B2B sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, networking, and references
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
  • Understand customer business requirements and coordinate suitable solution discussions
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients
  • Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
  • Support the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and client requirements
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets

Required Skills:
