Job Description

Job Title: Solutions Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore

Your role:


Work with sales from to help customer understand various solutions for their overall hiring needs and suggest best options. Be thought partner and guide for customers
Communicate vale add and USP of Monster's products and services and help in closing deals along with sales team for large customers
Build a strong relationship with customers for any future guidance and requirements
Understanding customers needs and translating them into product requirements
Work with monster recruitment teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and outcomes are achieved
Identifying partners and other players in the hiring eco-system who could help solve customers hiring requirements when outside Monster scope of services
Represent the company at various industry events & webinars

What you should have:

3-8 years of solutioning sales experience in the recruitment tech companies or hands on talent hiring experience in large companies and funded start ups
Exposure to building deep customer relations in a solution sales role in B2B tech starts ups, recruitment consulting, customer success or account management role
Great communication skills and ability to understand big picture for both customers and Monsters business
Exposure to product building in early stage start-ups is a plus
Bias to action, self-starter, high energy, and comfortable with a fast-paced ambiguous environment
