Role Summary

As a Solutions Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, technical expert, and key

partner to Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. You will translate customer

requirements into solution architectures, run high-impact demos and proofs-of-concept, and

guide prospects through the operational and technical aspects of adopting Mojro.

Over time, you will build and lead a team of Solution Engineers, shaping Mojro's solution

strategy, assets, and methodologies to drive higher win rates and scalable enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Excellence & Deal Acceleration
  • Engage early in qualified opportunities to understand requirements, constraints, KPIs,

and decision criteria.

  • Translate discovery insights into tailored solution blueprints covering flows,

planning logic, integration points (APIs), data mappings, and security considerations.

  • Deliver compelling demos, scenario-driven simulations, and POCs that prove

logistical, operational, and financial value.

  • Address product fit, integration challenges, process changes, and organizational

readiness with clarity and authority.

  • Guide sales in building credibility with CXOs, operations heads, IT leaders, and digital

transformation teams.

  • Solution Architecture & Domain Expertise
  • Serve as the SME for logistics optimization, supply chain design, routing, sourcing,

distribution planning, and related operational workflows.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of optimization principles and how they are

applied through algorithmic and heuristics-based engines.

  • Advise customers on best practices for planning, execution, benchmarking, and

continuous improvement.

  • Bring expertise across supply chain modeling, distribution planning and procurement

processes.

  • Strategic Product Influence
  • Capture market needs and customer insights; translate them into structured inputs for

Product Management.

  • Influence Mojro's roadmap with recurring patterns observed during discovery, POCs,

and competitive evaluations.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine positioning, value narratives, and

competitive differentiation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Handover
  • Develop reusable solution assets: demo packs, vertical templates, ROI calculators,

integration guides, and RFP content.

  • Prepare clear handovers to Implementation & Customer Success teams, including

solution documentation and acceptance criteria.

  • Support early deployment checkpoints to ensure solutions are implemented as

promised and risks are mitigated proactively.

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Mentor and develop Solution Engineers on domain knowledge, solutioning

frameworks, demo excellence, and customer engagement.

  • Define role competencies, hiring requirements, and career progression paths for the

Solutions function.

  • Operate as a thought leader who partners with Sales, Product, Delivery, and

Executive Leadership to elevate Mojro's solution quality and market presence.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

Experience & Industry Background

  • 58 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or supply chain planning

within an enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Strong exposure to logistics operations, transportation planning, distribution networks,

procurement, or supply chain design.

Domain Expertise

  • Deep knowledge in multiple supply chain domainssuch as supply chain modeling,

optimization, forecasting, routing, sourcing, production planning, distribution, or

inventory management.

  • Understanding of optimization frameworks (LP/MIP heuristics, simulation models,

routing engines).

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Comfortable designing architectures, data flows, and API-based integrations.
  • Hands-on approach to building demos, configuring scenarios, and guiding POCs.
  • Ability to translate complex planning logic into simple narratives for CXOs and non

technical audiences.

Soft Skills & Leadership

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills confident with executive-level

discussions.

  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving mindset, and ability to operate in

high-velocity, ambiguous deal cycles.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and build trust with operations leaders,
