Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales solutioning for Semiconductor and Embedded Systems opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop winning technical proposals and value propositions
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable and differentiated solutions
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation
  • Support customer discussions, technical clarifications, and solution positioning
  • Maintain and manage solution artifacts using tools such as SharePoint (nice to have)
  • Conduct market and technology analysis to strengthen solution offerings

Work Experience

  • Strong understanding of Semiconductor and Embedded Systems domains
  • Proven experience in technical proposal creation and pre-sales support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for solution articulation and analysis
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent)

Experience

  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or technical consulting roles

Preferred (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
  • Exposure to global customer engagements and RFP/RFI processes
