The Role
We're looking for a versatile Solutions Integration Lead to join our growing team. This role sits at the exciting intersection of technology and client success: you'll design, build, and optimize integrations between Certa AI and external systems to ensure flawless performance. You'll collaborate with Customers, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, QA, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions—all while acting as a trusted advisor for our enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to design innovative, scalable solutions.
- Lead seamless systems integrations across diverse platforms - think APIs, SFTP, etc.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges with agility.
- Conduct testing and validate integrations against business requirements.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for solution designs and workflows.
- Continuously enhance our integration framework for speed, scalability, and reliability.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable.
- 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, systems integration, or implementation - preferably in a pre-sales setting.
- Strong background in solution design, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Collaborating with medium to large enterprise customers.
- Excellent team player equipped with blending communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to both engineers and executives.
- Proactive stakeholder management, excellent storytelling skills and on-the-fly visualization skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Out of the box thinker striving for continuous improvement and loves problem solving.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems is required:
- SAP S4/HANA is a must.
- Experience with Workday and NetSuite is a strong bonus.
Bonus Points for
- Hands-on experience with API integrations - with other SaaS providers.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments - and development lifecycle.
- Can debug JSON, codeblocks, Scripts, API.
- Exposure to login methods like SSO, OAuth2, and SCIM.
- Experience working in Agile teams or smaller companies with flat structures.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Exposure to or curiosity for AI - Agentic AI.
- Process/Solution design experience in any of the following - BPMN, UML, C4, Archimate.
