Solutions Engineer

Role Summary

As a Solutions Engineer at TWID, you will play a key role in enabling successful integrations of

TWID's Pay with Rewards platform with merchants and issuer partners. You will work closely

with merchant engineering teams, issuer partners, and internal product and engineering teams

to design, implement, and optimize integrations that allow reward points to be redeemed

seamlessly at checkout.This role combines technical solutioning, API integration expertise, and partner enablement ,ensuring that TWID's Pay with Rewards platform is implemented efficiently while maintaining high performance, reliability, and a smooth end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Work closely with merchant and issuer technical teams to design and implement

integrations with TWID's APIs and reward infrastructure.

● Analyze integration requirements, technical constraints, and transaction flows to

propose scalable and efficient implementation approaches.

● Own the end-to-end technical onboarding process for partners, including solution design,

API documentation support, sandbox testing, and go-live readiness.

● Troubleshoot integration issues related to APIs, latency, transaction failures, and data

flows, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them quickly.

● Provide technical guidance and best practices to partners to ensure optimal

implementation of TWID's Pay with Rewards experience.

● Support product launches and new capabilities by validating integration compatibility,

coordinating testing, and ensuring smooth production rollouts
