About Swades AI

Swades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. We're fully remote — our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.

About the Role

We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like Solutions Engineer, Presales Consultant, Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Account Manager — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before.

You've worked at an Indian SaaS company selling to the US — presales is a large, well-established function here. 3–5 years.

●     Commercial terms and pricing

●     Tier-1 support tickets

How We'll Measure Success

Demo-to-technical-fit rate, and time-to-first-value for new customers.

How We'll Evaluate You

Demo your last company's product to us cold, then handle three objections we throw at you.

Hiring Process
