Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the project management team in designing & implementing technical solutions for multiple projects and ensuring their efficacy and smooth data integration for various projects.
- Identifying and providing timely workarounds and solutions when possible for incoming technical issues in project execution.
- Articulating features and differentiating solutions offerings to audiences ranging from project managers to end clients.
- Helping in creating analytics dashboards for customers and the fulfilment team (PM & supply team) by writing queries (in SQL).
- Documenting the technology solutions in precise detail for reproducibility in the future.
- Mentoring juniors & reviewing their work.
- Interacting with clients to understand and assist them in the data-integration process, if needed.
- Driving operational efficiency by writing scripts & APIs (Python, JS) to automate day-to-day work.
- Working closely with the Software Engineering team to come up with efficient & optimal solutions for complex use cases.
Additional Job Description Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science is preferred).
- Good understanding of data structures, system design, and REST APIs.
- 2-4 years of working experience in technically supporting various projects & clients.
- Expertise in writing SQL queries.
- Good communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven insights.
- A never-ending desire to grow and learn.
- Strong understanding of programming logic and software.
- Ability to figure out details with broad guiding principles.
- Systematic problem-solving skills coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
