Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design solutions considering GreyOrange products and other material handling equipment required for the solution.
• Engage with clients on the technical solution and obtain technical sign-off.
• Use analytical skills with advanced MS Excel and other data processing tools to perform analysis with minimal supervision.
• Work with AutoCAD to validate or make minor changes in drawings.
• Ensure attention to detail by performing sanity checks, covering exceptions, and identifying deviations.
• Maintain documentation including MOMs, executive summaries, reference slides, presentations, and standard operating processes.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in the warehouse or material handling industry.
• B.Tech / B.E. from a top-tier engineering institute.
• Fair understanding of warehousing domain and material handling technologies.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) to interact effectively with team and peers.
• Sensitivity to timelines and ability to raise alerts proactively.
• Ability to use optimal tools to achieve desired results.
• Demonstrated understanding of customers and their operational environments.
