Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Solutions Design: Work closely with the project management team to design technical solutions for multiple projects, ensuring their success.
• Root Cause Analysis: Prioritize incoming technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues when required.
• API Integration: Collaborate with clients to help integrate platform/tool APIs and develop steps for API usage and enhancement.
• Automation: Write automation scripts and APIs (Python, JavaScript) to automate day-to-day tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Feature Articulation: Present and differentiate product offerings and features to various audiences, ranging from project managers to end clients.
• Collaboration: Work with software engineers and the product management team to understand new product capabilities and resolve customer issues or bugs.
• Documentation: Document technical solutions in a precise, reproducible manner for future reference.
• Optimizing Solutions: Collaborate with the software engineering team to identify and implement efficient solutions for complex use cases.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in automation scripting with proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• SQL Expertise: Strong experience in writing SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.
• Data Structures: Good understanding of data structures and their application in problem-solving.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with experience in presenting data-driven insights effectively.
• Programming Logic: Understanding of programming logic and software concepts, with the ability to figure out details based on broad principles.
• Problem Solving: Systematic problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Continuous Learning: Inherently curious with a desire to learn and improve processes continuously.
• API Knowledge: Knowledge of REST APIs is a plus.
