Solutions Engineer

Broadcasters and streaming partners each want the content delivered slightly differently, and every one of those differences currently becomes a conversation with engineering. This role exists to absorb that.

A global media company building its India operations is hiring through Flexiple for a solutions engineer to sit with the partner and distribution teams. You would design how a new partner integrates — formats, metadata, delivery schedules, the rights constraints that make all of it more complicated than it looks — and then make the first delivery work. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Roughly 4 to 8 years in a technical customer-facing role, comfortable with media formats and delivery pipelines or willing to learn them quickly, able to script your way around a problem, and calm when a partner's launch date is fixed and their systems are not ready.
