Role Overview
We are hiring a Service Management Presales Solutions Leader to drive ITSM / SIAM solutioning across enterprise opportunities.
This role will lead end-to-end presales activities, architect ITIL-aligned service models, and present differentiated service management solutions aligned to customer requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solutioning
- Lead end-to-end presales lifecycle for IT Service Management / SIAM opportunities
- Review RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs and develop winning service management solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape value-driven propositions
Service Architecture
- Design ITIL-aligned operating frameworks and governance models
- Define SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and escalation matrices
- Develop service transition and steady-state governance structures
Effort Estimation & Commercial Support
- Prepare effort estimation and resource sizing models
- Provide inputs to pricing and commercial strategy
- Ensure solution feasibility and margin alignment
Tools & Platforms
- Design solutions leveraging ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management
- Incorporate AIOps, automation, self-service, and knowledge management into service design
Customer Engagement
- Lead discovery workshops and requirement discussions
- Present service management solutions and value propositions to client stakeholders (CIO / IT leadership)
- Work closely with delivery, transition, and domain architect teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong experience in IT Service Management / SIAM presales
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and service lifecycle
- Proven experience in RFP solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (other ITSM tools are an advantage)
- Strong effort estimation and solution sizing capabilities
Preferred
- ITIL v4 certification
- Knowledge of ISO 20000 / ISO 27001
- Experience supporting large enterprise transformation deals
