Job Title: Solution Director

Role Overview This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and expertise in digital technologies and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives

Support Sales team in Business Development of Key Initiatives.

Lead solution architecture and delivery for complex business and technology challenges.

Drive adoption of Solutions.

Oversee end-to-end program management, including scope, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate with client leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and operational excellence.

Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable business outcomes.

People manager responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Technology, or Business.

12+ years of experience in transformation leadership, solution architecture, or consulting.

Strong expertise in digital strategy, and enterprise technology.

Certifications such as PMP, Agile, TOGAF, ITIL, or Six Sigma (preferred).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
