As a Solutions Delivery Specialist - Supply Chain, you will be at the heart of client success. You'll
lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and
stakeholder alignment across teams. You'll also drive internal initiatives and cross-functional
feature rollouts.

. Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish
. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
. Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and documentation
. Drive internal rollouts for new features, integrations, and process improvements
. Build visibility and alignment across all internal and external stakeholders
. Support client growth by understanding needs and upselling relevant solutions

. 2+ years of experience on the brand side in supply chain or operations
. Deep understanding of supply chain planning tools and workflows
. Proven experience in project management and software implementation
. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities
. Experience in stakeholder management and solution selling
