About Our Client:
Our client is an AI-powered finance automation platform that streamlines and modernizes financial operations, offering a unified solution integrating bill payments, smart banking, AI-driven accounting, expense management, and treasury service
What you'll do:
What You'll Do
Pre-Sales
- Partner with the sales team to drive solutions tailored to customer workflows that fit in core product
- Understand customer pain points deeply and map capabilities to solve them
- Handle technical objections, integrations, and solution design conversations
- Build POCs, configure demos, and workflows for high-intent prospects
- Work closely with Product to communicate market feedback and feature gaps
Post-Sales
- Lead onboarding for new customers — from kickoff to go-live
- Configure product workflows (approval flows, ERP integrations, bank connections, etc.)
- Train customer teams (Finance, Ops) to ensure strong adoption
- Act as the first line of support for complex product/implementation queries
- Own go-live timelines and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.
- Reduce time-to-live while maintaining implementation quality.
- Identify recurring implementation patterns and drive automation.
- Create documentation that makes the onboarding process clear.
We're looking for someone who:
- 2–4 years experience in Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales / Implementation
- Btech/Engg background
- Strong understanding of SaaS products (bonus if fintech / ERP / accounting tools)
- Ability to translate business problems into product workflows
- Hands-on with APIs, integrations, or basic technical troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills - can talk to both CFOs and operators
- High ownership mindset - comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
Good to Have
- Experience with finance tools (Tally, SAP, Zoho, Netsuite, etc.)
- Exposure to APIs, webhooks, or basic SQL
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS startups or premium ERP implementation partners
- Worked with mid-market or enterprise customers
