We are looking for an experienced UKG (UltiPro) HCM Solution Architect Consultant to design, enhance, and enable HR solutions across the UKG Pro HCM platform. The role focuses on configuring new features, optimizing workflows, and aligning UKG capabilities with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect UKG Pro HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules
- Enable new UKG features, configurations, and business workflows
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions
- Lead solution design, integrations, testing, and release activities
- Optimize existing processes for efficiency, compliance, and user experience
Required Skills:
- 7-12 years of experience in HCM/HR technology roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) HCM
- Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Reporting
- Experience with workflows, security roles, and system integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
