Job Description

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to own the journey from client discovery to signed scope to successful go-live.

This role sits between Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery. You will work with prospects and customers to understand their real requirements, define what can be delivered, write clear Scopes of Work, and ensure the implementation is shipped successfully.

You will be the person who turns a complex client ask into a clear, realistic, and buildable plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and scoping conversations with prospects and customers to identify business goals, data sources, workflows, compliance needs, and success metrics.
  • Translate client requirements into clear Scopes of Work, solution documents, workflow maps, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
  • Define deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timelines, acceptance criteria, out-of-scope items, and change-control processes for each engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure client commitments are realistic, commercially sound, and technically feasible.
  • Configure client environments across connectors, user roles, approval flows, brand rules, knowledge context, reporting needs, and deployment settings.
  • Manage implementation readiness, testing, user acceptance, issue resolution, and go-live coordination with the client.
  • Capture recurring customer asks, integration gaps, delivery risks, and market patterns to inform product roadmap decisions.

Required Prerequisites

  • 4–8 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales, implementation, technical account management, delivery, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Prior experience working with SaaS, platform, enterprise software, martech, adtech, analytics, AI, or data-heavy products.
  • Proven ability to write clear Scopes of Work, solution documents, requirement documents, or implementation plans.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, OAuth, data integrations, account access, user permissions, cloud deployment, and system architecture.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, senior stakeholders, sales teams, product teams, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and change requests across complex client implementations.

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to identify what the client truly needs beyond the stated ask.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical and business requirements into clear, signed, buildable scopes.
  • Strong customer-facing communication with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders and push back when needed.
  • Practical understanding of AI products, including model limitations, usage cost, approval flows, governance, and reliability risks.
  • Ability to quickly create solution prototypes, workflow diagrams, mockups, demos, or proof-of-concepts based on customer requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Replit, or similar tools for prototyping, documentation, and solution design.
  • Strong understanding of integrations across ad platforms, analytics tools, attribution systems, CRM systems, and internal business data sources.
  • Commercial awareness to connect scope, pricing, timeline, delivery effort, and change requests.
  • Strong documentation skills across SOWs, proposals, architecture diagrams, workflow maps, implementation plans, and UAT checklists.
  • Comfort working across multiple industries, including regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Ability to work with partner-led deals, white-label requirements, embedded deployments, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to follow through from first scoping call to successful go-live.
