Solutions Architect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

15+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Mendix development.

Expertise in Mendix platform capabilities: microflows, nanoflows, domain modeling, security, and performance optimization.

Mendix Expert Developer Certification (mandatory); Advanced Certification is a plus.

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and cloud-native design (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Proficiency in React, and relational databases; familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

Experience in defining ALM processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for Mendix applications.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and deployment strategies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Ability to design reusable components, frameworks, and scalable architectures for large enterprise solutions.

Experience in performance tuning, security hardening, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
