Responsibilities include:
- Delivering highquality introductory demos for Dynamics 365 applications such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, and Power Platform.
- Supporting sales teams in opportunity qualification, early discovery sessions, and value articulation. Explaining business processes at a high level and aligning them with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.
- Preparing demo scripts, customer presentations, pitch decks, and reusable presales assets. Participating in RFP/RFI responses and collaborating with functional and technical teams for solution shaping.
- Engaging confidently with customers in virtual and inperson sessions.
Required skills:
- Should have experience of 8-10 years.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to grasp and explain core business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, service, projects, procurement).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/CE/BC) and Power Platform features.
- Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate product capabilities.
- Professional presence and confidence in presenting to business stakeholders.
