Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Solution Architect with deep expertise in finance systems and a strong focus on AI-driven architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic workflows. This role will shape the future of intelligent financial platforms, enabling automation, compliance, and data-driven decision-making on a scale.

Key Role Deliverables:

▪ Architect AI-Enhanced Finance Solutions

▪ Knowledge of full stack as well as microservices

▪ Design and implement scalable finance platforms integrating AI/ML models for predictive analytics, fraud detection, and financial forecasting

▪ Build RAG pipelines for real-time retrieval of regulatory and compliance data

▪ Enable agentic orchestration for autonomous workflows in financial operations (e.g., fund management, Deal sourcing, Due Diligence)

▪ Data & Knowledge Integration

▪ Develop knowledge graphs and semantic layers for contextual reasoning in finance applications

▪ Implement vector databases and embeddings for efficient retrieval in AI-powered systems

▪ Automation & Intelligent Agents

▪ Create frameworks for agent-based systems that interact with ERP, APIs, and compliance engines autonomously

▪ Integrate AI copilots to assist finance teams in reporting, auditing, and compliance checks

▪ Compliance & Governance

▪ Ensure AI-driven solutions adhere to financial regulations (SOX, IFRS, GDPR) and ethical AI principles

▪ Define governance for AI model lifecycle management, including monitoring, retraining, and bias mitigation

Prerequisites:

▪ Strong experience in AI/ML integration within enterprise finance systems

▪ Knowledge of RAG architectures, vector search, and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)

▪ Familiarity with agentic frameworks for workflow automation (AutoGen, CrewAI)

▪ Expertise in cloud-native AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI)

▪ Proficiency in microservices, API design, and event-driven architecture

Skills & Experience:

▪ 15+ years in solution architecture, preferably within fintech, banking, or enterprise finance applications

▪ Proven delivery in regulated, large-scale finance transformations or platform implementations

Education & Certification:

▪ Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar

▪ Certifications in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), TOGAF, or relevant financial platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance, Dynamics 365 F&O) are advantageous

▪ Experience with finance-specific AI use cases: fraud detection, credit risk modeling, automated compliance

▪ Hands-on with AI observability tools and model governance platforms

▪ Certifications in cloud AI services and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect)
