Key Responsibilities:
- Architect AI Solutions: Design end-to-end AI-driven platforms for underwriting and risk assessment.
- Drive Innovation: Leverage machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics to create intelligent workflows.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable architectures.
- Ensure Compliance & Security: Implement best practices for data governance, security, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions.
- Future-Proof Systems: Build modular, cloud-native architectures that adapt to evolving business needs and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on Solution Architecture experience in an enterprise environment
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture. Cloud and AI certifications are a plus.
- Insurance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Business Insurance processes, risk analysis, and regulatory landscape.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Leadership Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate solution recommendations and influence key stakeholders to lead solution design from concept to deployment.
- Innovation Mindset: Passion for emerging technologies and their application in real-world business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with designing AI solutions in a highly regulated environment
- Understanding of cost optimization for AI workloads
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud Architect)
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Python and an understanding of Java.
