Job Description
Role: Solution Architecture
Location: PAN India
Experience: 10+ Years with Preferably Insurance domain knowledge with Application Architecture
Profiles should have:
- Strong Insurance industry experience (Life & Annuity/P&C preferred)
- Enterprise Architecture and business transformation experience
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and executive leadership
- Experience defining target-state architecture and roadmap initiatives
- Broad technology understanding without requiring deep hands-on technical expertise
Insurance domain knowledge coupled with Enterprise Architecture leadership, rather than a highly technical solution architect profile.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Power Platform, APIs, workflow automation, and lightweight full-stack development. The resource should be comfortable moving from concept to prototype quickly while documenting solution design, assumptions, dependencies, and adoption considerations.
