Job Title: Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions while ensuring successful delivery and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders.

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for applications, systems, and cloud environments.

• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements, integrations, and modernization strategies.

• Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, project plans, and presentations.

• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.

• Work with vendors, third-party providers, and internal teams to deliver project objectives.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to architectural standards and timelines.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture principles.

• Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of Microservices, APIs, System Integration, and Distributed Systems.

• Understanding of Security, Scalability, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery concepts.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software development, system design, or solution architecture.

• Experience working with enterprise-level applications and cloud technologies.

• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with cloud-native architectures and system integrations.

• Experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
