AI Solutions is our global post-sales and professional-services organization — the team that takes process intelligence and agentic AI out of pilots and into production, and owns customer outcomes end-to-end. We are AI-first by default: we spot repeating patterns and build agents to automate them, scaling the value we deliver with the book of business, not with headcount.
The role. Set the technical bar for AI-native delivery and be the first line of defense on every solution we build. You own architecture and solutioning end-to-end — from pre-sales through delivery — and you see the whole picture: not just what the customer asked for, but why they bought us and what they actually need. You translate wants into needs, frame the real problem, and drive it from idea to implementation to impact. This is an AI-native operational-intelligence architect, not a traditional workflow or BPM architect.
