Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Workforce Management to design and lead workforce solutions for a large enterprise program.
This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to build scalable, end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architecture using Oracle Fusion
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and define solutions
- Architect solutions across: Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, Labor Optimization
- Define integrations with other systems (HR, ERP, third-party apps)
- Provide solution direction and support during design discussions
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements or extensions
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Hands-on experience with: Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling
- Good understanding of integrations (APIs, middleware, OIC)
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills
