Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Management & Supply Chain Analysis:
- Lead the capture, analysis, and translation of supply chain business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Challenge the status quo to uncover high-impact improvements across procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and warehouse processes.
- Design future-state supply chain solutions aligned to enterprise goals and S/4HANA capabilities.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams with a deep understanding of supply chain operations and SAP architecture.
- Guide business partners toward best practices and process optimizations supported by SAP.
Creating Strategic Business Cases:
- Develop strong, data-driven business cases that articulate the value of supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Align SAP roadmaps with broader supply chain and business strategies, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and measurable ROI.
- Stay current on industry supply chain trends, regulatory shifts, and innovations to inform solution recommendations.
Project Planning & Estimation:
- Provide accurate estimates for solution design and implementation efforts, particularly for supply chain-focused SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
- Collaborate with PMO and delivery teams to align resourcing and timelines with client expectations.
Architecture & Solution Design:
- Lead solution architecture for complex SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management implementations.
- Design integrated solutions across modules like MM, PP, EWM, TM, and IBP, ensuring they work harmoniously with financials, sales, and production systems.
- Define architectural patterns that promote reusability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Advise clients on best-fit supply chain processes and how to leverage SAP standard functionality.
Client Relationship & Advisory:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor throughout the lifecycle of the engagement from discovery and blueprinting through implementation and support.
- Translate technical complexities into business value and clear recommendations.
Implementation & Delivery Oversight:
- Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations (greenfield, brownfield, or selective transformations).
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed SLAs and client expectations.
- Oversee and ensure quality in supply chain configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Resolve supply chain system issues and guide continuous improvement efforts post go-live.
Requirements:
- Batchelors /Masters in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting with strong specialization in Supply Chain modules.
- Minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA focused on supply chain functions.
- Must have experience of S/4 HANA Public/Private Cloud Implementations.
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of the following SAP areas: MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, IBP, or APO.
- Strong understanding of supply chain best practices, manufacturing operations, logistics execution, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex global deployments.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering impactful digital supply chain solutions.
